View the full list of domains covered by the BSAS
What does this mean?
This means that schools and kura will have automatic consent to assess standards in the domains New M膩ori Music and Te Ao Haka within the M膩ori Performing Arts subfield to Level 4 and standards in the subfield Ng膩 Mahi a te Whare Pora to Level 3.
To assess the standards, a school or kura must have staff with suitable subject and assessment knowledge.
What if a standard is not on the BSAS?
If a school or kura wants to assess against assessment standards that are not listed on the Base Scope of Assessment for Schools, they must apply for an extension of their consent to assess.
