Welcome to the Assessment Support Materials for Mau R膩kau.
Mau R膩kau unit standards focus on learners understanding the importance of this traditional 惭腻辞谤颈 martial art. The unit standards specialise in ancestral practices, values, and protocols of the warrior. Mau R膩kau is rich in culture and traditional practice.
The standards are categorised into three kaupapa 鈥� Te Mau R膩kau, Te Parawhakawai and Te Rangatiratanga Mau R膩kau.
The resources on this page are designed to help teachers and tutors assess 膩konga against the relevant Mau R膩kau unit standards listed in the Directory of Assessment and Skill Standards (DASS).
If you're an assessor, you can use the assessment support material for the Mau Rakau unit standards to develop your own tasks and assessment schedules.
